You choose your favorite dishes & your coach creates an individual nutrition plan. Your calorie requirements are calculated as soon as you log in to the coaching app. You will be allocated -3500 calories per week (-0.5 KG FAT).

The Body Challenge is easy to implement. You only get 1 package per week, after which each meal is heated up in 7-8 minutes, saving you shopping, cooking and weighing ingredients. As you only get your favorite dishes, you can lose weight in the long term while having fun.
