The dishes can be reheated in the microwave, pan, oven or steamer. When frozen, they are heated for about 7-9 minutes at approx. 700 W in the microwave. When defrosted, they only need 3-4 minutes in the microwave. When frozen, they are heated in the oven at 150°C for 30-35 minutes in a fan oven. When defrosted, they need about 25-30 minutes in the oven at 150 degrees.
