What is the shelf life of the dishes?

The dishes will keep for at least 6 months in your freezer.

How are the dishes reheated?

The dishes can be reheated in the microwave, pan, oven or steamer.

When frozen, the dishes are heated in the microwave for about 7-9 minutes at approx. 700W. When defrosted, they only need 3-4 minutes in the microwave. 

Bake in a fan oven at 150 degrees when frozen - 30-35 mins. When defrosted, bake at 150 degrees for 25-30 mins.

What are the dimensions of the boxes?

One box is 20cm in diameter and 4cm high.
