The Body Challenge is for anyone who wants to lose weight or build muscle and doesn't have time / desire to shop, cook or count calories.
What is the Body Challenge?
You will receive an individual nutrition plan including the dishes that are tailored to your calorie needs. The plan varies weekly. You decide whether you want to use the Body Challenge 5, 6 or 7 days a week.
How does the Body Challenge work?
Fill out the form above with your information and purchase the Body Challenge product. We will then calculate your calorie needs and create your nutrition plan. You will receive this by e-mail. The meals for your weekly requirements will be delivered to your home. You determine the delivery date at checkout.
Delivery
You will be delivered 1x a week with the dishes for your entire weekly requirement. You can specify your preferred day at checkout and will be notified by email after shipment.
You can stop or pause deliveries at any time.
Preparation
The dishes can be reheated in the microwave, pan, oven or steamer.
