What is the shelf life of the dishes?

The dishes can be kept in the freezer for at least 3 months. You can also store the dishes in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

How do I heat the dishes?

The dishes can be reheated in the microwave, pan, oven or steamer.

In the frozen state, the dishes are heated in the microwave for about 7-9 minutes at about 700W. In the defrosted state they need only 3-4 minutes. The frozen dishes can also be heated in the oven at convection and 150 degrees. Here they need 30-35 minutes. In the defrosted state only 25-30 minutes.

How do you deliver?

We deliver the dishes in refrigerated packages with DPD Express on your desired day. You can choose the delivery day yourself at checkout.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

That's not a problem. Our insulated packages will keep your dishes chilled for at least 48 hours. You can give us a storage permit at checkout, e.g. in front of the front door, in the staircase, in the garage etc.. This way, your dishes will be waiting for you until you get home.
