General

Only fresh, natural and high-quality ingredients are used for our dishes. In addition, all dishes are completely free of added sugar, flavor enhancers, preservatives and artificial additives. From vegan, lactose-free and ketogenic dishes - we have them all in our range. In this way, we ensure that we help you eat a healthy, balanced diet that is exactly according to your priorities and preferences

All our ingredients are freshly processed and sourced from selected suppliers.

Our dishes are shipped with DPD Express throughout Germany from Tuesday to Saturday.

In Austria the meals are also delivered by DPD Express from Tuesday to Friday.

In Switzerland, delivery is made by CH-Express from Tuesday to Friday.

Delivery always takes place between 8 am and 6 pm.

If you're not at home on the day of delivery, that's no problem - we use dry ice to ensure that the meals are still frozen for up to 48 hours after they leave the freezer. So you can simply issue a drop-off authorization in advance and your parcel will be left at your specified location.

Our dishes

In the freezer, our dishes have a shelf life of at least 3 months.

If you prefer to store them in the refrigerator, they will keep there for 3-4 days.

You can easily heat our dishes (even when frozen) in the microwave or frying pan. It usually takes 7-9 minutes until they are fully heated.

Alternatively, you can also heat it up in the oven. Preheat the oven to 150° C. Prick the lid foil 2-3 times with a fork. Heat the frozen food on the middle shelf (fan oven 30-35 minutes, top/bottom heat 35-40 minutes, depending on the power of the oven). Then remove the foil and enjoy.

You can heat the dishes in the steamer for 15 minutes at 125 degrees. 

Our dishes do not contain any additives. We deliberately avoid artificial additives, flavor enhancers, preservatives and added sugar to offer our customers healthy dishes with top nutritional values. 

Yes, because many of our dishes are lactose- or gluten-free. Especially among the vegan dishes or those that are composed according to the principle of the Paleo diet, some are included, which are ideal for people with intolerances.

Our delicious and healthy dishes are freshly prepared by hand in Germany by professional chefs. Our kitchens are certified to the highest standards to ensure compliance with all hygiene guidelines.

Unlike our normal dishes, our XL dishes contain 1000 g and are intended for two people or two meals.

You can buy a portion (500 g) in our store for as little as €5.24.

The XL dishes also come ready-prepared and are heated up and ready to eat in just a few minutes - either in the microwave or in a pan.

Order and delivery

Our dishes are shipped with DPD Express throughout Germany from Tuesday to Saturday.

The delivery costs are €5.99 in Germany and Austria and CHF 5.90 in Switzerland. We use express delivery to ensure that the meals reach the customer quickly and freshly, while maintaining the cold chain throughout.

Yes, you can select the delivery date in the shopping cart. Before you get to the checkout process, you will find a field in the shopping cart where you can enter the delivery date and a drop-off location. The earliest possible delivery date is usually the working day after next.

Our dishes are delivered in a cold-insulated, recyclable cardboard box with sustainable insulating packaging made from recycled paper. This can simply be disposed of in the paper garbage can. We use dry ice to cool our frozen dishes, which guarantees optimum cooling during transportation. Please do not touch the dry ice and let the bags evaporate in the sink or similar.

We do not deliver to Packstations. If you are looking for an alternative to home delivery, you can simply have your order sent to a DPD Pickup parcelshop near you. This way you can pick up your delivery flexibly. You can find parcel stores in your area here.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. For one-off orders, you will find your expected delivery date there.
The day before delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to track the shipping status of your parcel and stay up to date at all times.

Regular deliveries

Log in to your customer account with your e-mail address and password and click on "Edit regular delivery".

Alternatively, you can "create an account" with the e-mail address you entered as a guest when you placed your order and manage your regular deliveries.

You can also process your recurring delivery without a customer account. Here you can enter your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link.

Your regular deliveries can be cancelled and paused at any time. 

Alternatively, you can order once. After you have selected your dishes or your box, you will find a selection option between one-time and regular in the upper right corner.

Log in to your customer account, click on "Edit regular delivery" and select "Suspend order".

Your next order / debit will be displayed in your customer account. 

Delivery takes place 3 days after the debit.

Log in to your customer account, click on "Edit regular delivery", then on "Edit order", select "Change dishes/delivery frequency", click on "Delivery frequency" and select your desired interval. Here you can choose between a weekly delivery, every 2, 3 or 4 weeks.

Log in to your customer account, click on "Edit regular delivery", then on "Edit order" and "Change dishes/delivery frequency", remove the unwanted dishes, replace them with new ones and save the changes to receive different dishes with your next order.

Via this link to access your account.

You can now cancel regular deliveries without any problems via "Edit orders" at the bottom.

Yes, you can choose between a one-off and a flexible regular delivery. Before you place your dishes in the shopping cart, you will find a selection option at the top right where you can choose between one-off and regular delivery.

Orders that have already been placed can only be canceled by us. Send us a message via our contact form or an email to info@prepmymeal.de to cancel your order in good time.

Payment and prices

The price per dish varies depending on the size of the box and the type of delivery. Larger boxes and regular deliveries are cheaper. If you choose a larger box or a regular delivery, the price per dish is reduced.

We accept PayPal, credit cards (Master, Maestro, Visa, American Express), Apple and Google Pay as well as payment on account (Sofortüberweisung and Klarna) for your order. If you opt for regular delivery, you can only pay by PayPal or credit card. However, if you are placing a one-off order, you have the option of paying with Klarna or Sofortüberweisung, Apple and Google Pay.

The vouchers are available in values of €25, €50, €75, €100 and €200 and you will receive them by e-mail.

You can pay them with Mastercard, Visacard, Apple and Amazon Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Fast Shipping and Secure Checkout.

For a new order, you can enter your voucher code during the checkout process on the right-hand side of the screen. For recurring deliveries, enter your voucher code in your customer account: If you click on "Edit recurring delivery", you will find the option "Add discount code".
