With prepmymeal, we ensure that you are provided with healthy meals on a weekly basis and no longer have to worry about shopping, cooking and ordering. We deliver the meals according to your selected time interval on your preferred day (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday). There is no minimum term and the regular deliveries can be cancelled and paused at any time. So we offer you 100% flexibility.

We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You can easily choose one of the days. The delivery window is from 9am to 6pm. If you are not at home, you can simply give a drop-off authorisation in advance and your parcel will be left at your specified location.

You can easily heat our dishes in the microwave or pan. It usually takes 3 minutes until they are completely heated.

You heat the sauce with your dish, but you have to get them out of their containers first.

After receiving your delivery, the dishes will keep for 7 days in the fridge. Of course, you can also freeze them to extend their shelf life. 

Only fresh, natural and high quality ingredients are used for our dishes. Our dishes are all free from added sugars, flavour enhancers, preservatives and artificial additives. All orders are cooked fresh to your order and sent to you.
