Your qualifications:
- You have professional experience in the fields of CRM and customer retention
- You have practical experience in the field of email marketing and have HTML skills
- Text reliability, good communication style, self-confident appearance
- You enjoy developing new concepts
- Textual confidence and fluency in German and English
Your tasks:
- Development of new concepts and campaigns in the CRM area
- You take over the leadership of the responsible team
- Campaign optimization as well as A/B testing to increase revenues
- Improve email communication
- Observation of the market and new trends
