What is the shelf life of the dishes?

The frozen dishes can be kept in the freezer for at least 3 months.

The fresh dishes at least 7 days in the refrigerator.

How are the frozen dishes warmed up?

The dishes can be reheated in the microwave, pan, oven or steamer.

When frozen, the dishes are heated in the microwave for about 8-12 minutes at approx. 700W. When defrosted, they only need 3-4 minutes in the microwave.

Bake in a fan oven at 150 degrees when frozen - 30-35 mins. When defrosted, bake at 150 degrees for 25-30 mins.

Can I store the frozen dishes in the fridge? 

The dishes can be stored unopened in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
